UXmedia Posted October 21, 2021 Share Posted October 21, 2021 HI All, I am having a weird issue. I have a client that needed an email change. I updated the email in "Profile Tab" and in "Users Tab" where there is only one user. I sent the new email for confirmation and also a pending invoice that needed to be paid. The client did not receive either. I Then used my personal email to troubleshoot the issue. I didnt receive either of these two emails. So... I am not sure why the emails are not sending or being received. Am I missing something?
