jeebee123
Hi, I have a problem with my domain sync, but maybe it is a setting in WHMCS. 1. The experation date of the domain is syncing perfectly with the registar. 2. The next due date in WHMCS is not syncing at all. Is it possible to have these 2 synct together? A solution for this would be a life-and-time-saver.
Damo
Have you checked the configuration? There are options that can set to sync (or not) the date with a lead-time too. https://docs.whmcs.com/Domain_Synchronisation
Mark
I'm guessing that the domain has not been invoiced yet and therefor the NID is not updated yet. The NID should update after your invoice CRON has run.
WHMCS Technical Analyst II WHMCS Alex Posted October 14, 2021 WHMCS Technical Analyst II Share Posted October 14, 2021 Hi @jeebee123, Do you have the Sync Next Due Date option enabled? A synchronisation of the Expiry Date but not Next Due Date suggests you have the Domain Sync Enabled option enabled, but the Sync Next Due Date option. If you do have that enabled, please review the Domain Synchronisation report that is emailed out to all administrators who have the System Emails option enabled in their role for further information. I hope this helps.
