waltr100
The reseller program I am a part of provides me with a SSL certificate that covers all of the domains on my server. A client of mine has a website that is protected by the SSL, but on their WHMCS client area it shows that their domain is not protected. It shows a red unlocked lock and reads "No SSL detected". Is there a way I can get it to detect my SSL? Thanks in advance for any help!
Remitur
Without knowing the domain, it's impossible to give an answer... (Post also a domain that is working fine on the very same server)

Make sure that PHP's openssl ca file and curl ca file settings are set to the correct location for your server's CA root certificates.
waltr100
Not sure what happened, but I checked the client's account in order to start your suggested troubleshooting and now it's detecting the SSL. Not sure what happened, but it's fixed. Regardless thanks for everyone's help!
