Import ticket emails

Hi,

I am unable to import ticket emails. The cron is copied to cPanel, as shown in settings > Support Department.

I receive the following message in the email: "This file cannot be accessed directly"

I've read the doc, but it still didn't work. Would you help me?

That sounds like you're using piped mail and not importing mail and the file you pointed to isn't correct.   It should be php -q path_to_whmcs/crons/pipe.php  .  What do you have down as the pipe to ?  Though I would recommend mail importing / pop3 checking instead of piping as piping, on other systems, didn't work all the time and lost mail.
