Hi there,

Thanks for reporting this error. We have logged case CORE-17088 internally for this to be investigated and resolved in a future update.

In the meantime this can be worked-around by Unticking the "Force Client Users to enable Two Factor Authentication on Next Login" option at Configuration > System Settings > Two Factor Authentication.

Once we resolve cases and push features they are available at our change log, here:

https://changelog.whmcs.com/

I apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this.

I've unchecked the "Force Client Users to enable Two Factor Authentication on Next Login" option but still getting the same error while a fraud order is being placed. Could you please review ?
