Is there any way to use other Domain registrars that are not on the list?

For example is it possible to use Rebel as a Domain registrar?

yes - as long as there is a registrar module available for the version of WHMCS that you're using... which usually means that your registrar must support an API.

there will alternative registrar modules available in Marketplace - either written by the registrars themselves, or third-party developers... always remember that WHMCS don't directly support these modules, so you're dependent on them being maintained and supported by their developers.... golden rule is to not update WHMCS until you know that either the current version of a module supports the update, or there is an upgrade on the registrar module available that does.

i'm not aware of an existing Rebel module - it might be worth contacting their support, because they might be aware of any such solutions.

if an existing solution doesn't exist, then you might need to hire a developer to write a registrar module - and you can get their attention by posting in Service Offers & Requests
