Posted February 16, 2021 Share Posted February 16, 2021 2 hours ago, Anders said: i want a product that has nothing to do with hosting but it will send invoices reminders and so on... you can create an "Other" type product... 2 hours ago, Anders said: how can i create a recurring non hosting product that has it own order confirmation mail and its own invoice mails and welcome mail. a recurring product is just one that has a recurring (monthly, annually etc) price set for it - so in that respect, it's no different that setting up a recurring "hosting" product. welcome emails templates can be specified in the product setup (as with hosting products) - you couldn't specify different order confirmation / invoice emails from settings, so that would be a case of customising those email templates to deal with either scenario, e.g do x if it's a "hosting" product" and y if it's an "other" product.... and think about what happens if it's both x & y in the same email! 😲 potentially that might require additional hook assistance, but equally you might be able to do it all in the email template with if statements - it depends on what you have in mind for both scenarios. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
