Is it possible to find an order by a promotional code that has been used on?

My system shows that a promotional code has been used, but I can't find the way to get more details on when and which user did use it.

one of the simplest built-in methods to do this within WHMCS would be to run the Promotions Usage Report.

Promotions Usage Usage statistics for each promotional code to see how often clients have used each promo code. Click the Drill Down link to see exactly which orders used the code.

the report itself wouldn't immediately show the client(s) involved (though I daresay its output could be tweaked to do so), but it will show a link to the specific order page where you can get more details of the order that had the promo code applied to it.
