ScrltOTara
I just noticed this, and I'm not sure how long it's been like this. I have WHMCS account links in my cpanels and whenever I click on any of them, I get; {"error":"access_denied","error_description":"Single Sign-On has been disabled for this account."} Is this no longer supported? Thanks,
ServPlus
I have the same issue. Did you ever get it figured out?

Arf
Yes, same. Just upgraded the software. Apparently they rushed the latest version out. I have turn [ON] "Allow Single Sign-On" in the user's Profile tab.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 4, 2021 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 4, 2021 Hi, This isn't something we're able to reproduce on our side at present when clicking the application links in cPanel. Please try disabling Configuration > System Settings > Application Links. Then enabling again. If the problem persists after that, do the affected accounts have something in particular to distinguish them from accounts with working application links? For example is there a user assigned to multiple accounts?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 16, 2021 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 16, 2021 Hi @ScrltOTara, Could you please review the tblclients.uuid value for the client account experiencing the issue. The expected format for this value is: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx Any other format (such as the "-" missing) could well be the cause of this error.
Arf
The issues hasn't resurfaced for me in weeks. I'm not suggesting it's been resolved, just that I can't reproduce it. I wonder if the issue was caused by latent cookies.
ServPlus
It is working now for me as well.
Arf
This happened again and I confirmed that the "tblclients.uuid value" is correct. To reproduce it, simply click and of the WHMCS "Billing & Support" links in cPanel. No errors in logs.
