howhite Posted January 7, 2021 Share Posted January 7, 2021 I have client account that the initial invoice is for one month. The client wishes to pay for the year. The specific product was/is set up with a pricing option for annual payment. However, I cannot figure out how to change the invoice to annual. Sure, I can create a new invoice for the annual amount, but how can ensure that his hosting account will reflect that it's paid up for the year?
