I have client account that the initial invoice is for one month. The client wishes to pay for the year. The specific product was/is set up with a pricing option for annual payment. However, I cannot figure out how to change the invoice to annual. Sure, I can create a new invoice for the annual amount, but how can ensure that his hosting account will reflect that it's paid up for the year? Not sure where or how to fix this.

Is there a way that WHMCS can be set up so that clients can upload relevant files(images and documents)? If so, how?
