zomex Posted January 1, 2021 Share Posted January 1, 2021 Hello, When I submit a ticket using a child template it redirects to/submitticket.php without creating the ticket. Posted January 1, 2021 Share Posted January 1, 2021 12 minutes ago, zomex said: When I submit a ticket using a child template it redirects to/submitticket.php without creating the ticket. for me when using a child theme locally (21 with only css changes), the ticket gets created, but it doesn't generate an email and in the admin area, the user is shown as being an "Authorized User" rather than the owner (he is the owner and previous tickets have shown Owner in green)... applies whether i'm logged in as admin or not and multiple clients (even new ones)... bizarrely, they're shown in the client profile user as an Owner, but on the ticket pages as "Authorized User". also, there is a layout issue with spacing in the sidebar - applies whether 21 or child of 21, but only on step4 of a ticket submission... 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
zomex Posted January 1, 2021 Author Share Posted January 1, 2021 Thanks for confirming Brian. This was indeed a bug on my end. Assumed that I could comment out the department with HTML and it wouldn't effect the form. Turns out it did so used CSS to hide it.
