Because the cart products looks to different from my products I'm selling. For example that my page where I show my VPS servers are not the same as I can see on my cart page. How do I change that?? This was easy in the past but in recent WHMCS versions, they mostly removed all links from the HTML files so maybe you require a hook now. But I'm still not sure what you want to achieve. Maybe add a screenshot? You want the link in the cart to go to your homepage? Do you mean the link in WHMCS that by default points to the WHMCS homepage?
