is there a way to add new customers to a custom email marketing db , like pass their email after registration ?

can this task be managed by a hook ? or is there another way?

the ClientAdd hook would be run during client creation, so you could code it to write to an external db with the relevant contact details.

for a more manual method, you could modify the clients report and export the relevant details to csv and then import into the remote database.
