I purchased the service approximately 8 hours ago and still have not been sent my credentials to watch the service.  I paid through bitcoin and bitcoin shows the money was sent. How can I gain access?

did you purchase direct from whmcs.com ? what did you purchase ?? do WHMCS even support payments with Bitcoin ???

Hi Jeff,

It's possible that you have purchased a service from a company using WHMCS to automate their ordering & billing processes; WHMCS in itself doesn't sell access to watch services, nor do we accept Bitcoin; we develop the software that handles these transactions.

If you've purchased a service from a provider and haven't received any access details yet, please visit their website or obtain their contact information from any emails that you may have been sent during the signup process.

What service is that? Because WHMCS does not accept Bitcoins. I think you are very confused on what and from who you purchased something.
