HodHost Posted July 6, 2020 Share Posted July 6, 2020 Hi all, I have a really frustrating issue as I have clients ready to signup, but they cannot complete checkout. I have setup both PayPal and Stripe in the admin panel, the user can get as far as the cart but then there is no option to proceed. What am I missing? steph.hope Posted July 7, 2020 Share Posted July 7, 2020 I'm not able to see your screenshot, but I tried your site and was able to get through to the checkout page, and the "complete order" button is showing. Posted July 8, 2020 Share Posted July 8, 2020 i'd agree with Steph - not seeing any obvious issues. that said, you are using the Boxes template at checkout (so assume it's your default) - although it's still shipped, Boxes was deprecated years ago and hasn't receive any meaningful updates in that time. https://docs.whmcs.com/Discontinued_Order_Form_Templates#Deprecated_Order_Form_Templates defaulting to standard_cart would probably be better going forward. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
