Termination of accounts

If we have an normal cpanel shared hosting account.

The customer then decides to purchase a reseller account.

Then requests we move the normal shared hosting accountn into his reseller hence we do so and change ownership from root to the resellerusname

Now we then mark the old account in whmcs as suspended or cancelled.

Note the username field in whmcs for the suspended account is the same username as that was assigned or moved under the reseller account in WHM.

Will WHMCS when running terminations terminate the account in the reseller account? or does it check first that the user "belongs" to root ownership and only if it does then terminate it?
