Please, help. Regards You need to provide more information and details. It's hard to guess the problem otherwise. What module are you using? What happens when they try to change their nameservers? WHMCS Dan Posted July 14, 2020 Share Posted July 14, 2020 (edited) It sounds like your clients may not be selecting the "Use custom nameservers (enter below)" option when entering their nameservers. If the radio option is set to "Use default nameservers", even if the client enters custom nameservers in the fields then your default nameservers would be applied instead of the custom ones they entered.
