WHMCS V7.10 Have Captcha Form Protection Bug or Issue ?

Hello Everyone,

Just a few days ago i updated WHMCS V7.8.X  to V7.10 and here i fined some Bugs or Issues i am not sure is there are bugs or my issue.

Please Help me to solve this. here i attached an screen shots please check and help me to solve it.

looking at the site, I assume that it is resolved... looks to be an outdated or cached ClientX template issue.

yes it's solved @brian! Please Suggest me Best Theme for Clientarea  ClientX have many Issues and The Theme Provider Can't help me thay told me to buy Support Addon. but The Theme have an bug then that's not my issue this is her whole theme issue but they can't provide an support Please Suggest me Best Clientarea Theme.

Hey @brian! i just decided to develop an custom theme which is look like my main website design i need some information for it 

Provide me some basic files information where can i change header and footer or login pages also i need more information soon Thank again @brian!
