Evolve Web Hosting Posted May 1, 2020 Share Posted May 1, 2020 I just 'attempted capture' from the admin side for an invoice and the transaction goes through (I get a confirmation email from our processor) and WHMCS processes the renewal(s). However, I get the attached error message. I don't know if it makes a difference but this is when using authorize.net The transaction detail is updated properly on the invoice too. Open your browser's network analyser tool.
