Verification and Signup emails are not being sent

Hi,

I have noticed in my WHMCS verification emails not being sent however order confirmation is showing as send in Email Section of every customer but none of the rest emails is visible.

I have received some request from customers that links are not visible in an email however the TAG is present and it was working just fine

the verification emails are never logged in the emails tab, so that's not an issue.... I suppose in an ideal world, they should be logged, but they aren't - but one possible reason for that my follow in the second part...

if that order generated an invoice, then I would have though that should have been available in the email tab - unless its sending is being suppressed intentionally or unintentionally.

those links only work if they are sent via the buttons (in the admin or client area) - if you just add the link to another email template, the email will send without issue, but the link code will not be generated.
