emails/tickets reaching after 30-40 mins

hello everyone,

tickets/mails sent to my whmcs are arriving after 30-40 mins even though i have set ticket importing (pop) for every minute set.

 

i have correct settings in general settings -> mail as well which is:

 

smtp

port: 465

host: smtp.gmail.com

login: mygooglehostermail

pass: password

 

also less secure apps are enabled in google settings, as well as port 465 and 587 are opened in the firewall.

 

any help in this regard is much appreciated.

Yes, i'm using POP 3 importing. I do not get any error msg there. Can you explain what you mean by "running manually"?

For some strange reasons, i'm getting refused even though i have correct login details as well as pop are enabled in gmail as well.

port 995 is open in firewall as well, and mod_security is disabled.
