  2. Hi, I have latest version of WHMCS installed with Centos 7 and Openlitespeed and DirectAdmin as control panel. I had Apache, but when I upgraded from Apache to Openlitespeed my domain.com/whmcs/vendor/composer/LICENSE and other files are accessible, and I also get this: https://prnt.sc/1036a1b I currently have this in public_html/whmcs/vendor/.htaccess <IfModule !mod_authz_core.c> Order allow,deny Deny from all </IfModule> <IfModule mod_authz_core.c> Require all denied </IfModule> but, still all the files are still accessible, how do I fix this?
  3. So I just move all the files from subdomain to main domain and reissue the license and configure the storage locations? How about setting up permissions etc? and ticket import? cron settings?

  5. Hi, I'm trying to configure the department and fetch tickets via pop3/imap but I'm getting this error https://prnt.sc/wg9vvz (I have removed the domain name for privacy reasons) The Mail Import test failed: cannot select INBOX, is this a valid transport? What could be the issue here?

  11. For some strange reasons, i'm getting refused even though i have correct login details as well as pop are enabled in gmail as well.
