  1. Hi, I'm trying to configure the department and fetch tickets via pop3/imap but I'm getting this error https://prnt.sc/wg9vvz (I have removed the domain name for privacy reasons) The Mail Import test failed: cannot select INBOX, is this a valid transport? What could be the issue here?

  7. For some strange reasons, i'm getting refused even though i have correct login details as well as pop are enabled in gmail as well.   10. hello everyone, tickets/mails sent to my whmcs are arriving after 30-40 mins even though i have set ticket importing (pop) for every minute set. i have correct settings in general settings -> mail as well which is: smtp port: 465 host: smtp.gmail.com login: mygooglehostermail pass: password also less secure apps are enabled in google settings, as well as port 465 and 587 are opened in the firewall. any help in this regard is much appreciated.
  11. hi my website exploit scanner is showing base64_decode on default files on whmcs which i recently downloaded. can anybody confirm that the following files are by default in this location whmcsfolder/vendor/symfony/http-foundation/ServerBag.php on line 70 it is $exploded = explode(':', base64_decode(substr($authorizationHeader, 6)), 2); or something is wrong?
  12. hi my support & updates are expired but i believe i can download the update till the date i had my support & updates active? i currently have 7.0.1 in my whmcs, and i cannot find anything in downloads section, i get only the error msg support is expired. where can i get it?
