Posted October 3, 2019 Share Posted October 3, 2019 (edited) On 03/10/2019 at 14:40, rgazetta said: I need Email Alert Notification of Credit Balance low. in a separate email ? the only addon that I think can do that is the Credit Overview addon... there are other addons that sends an email when a credit balance is about to expire, but you're not wanting to expire the balance, just notify the client when it's low. two other thoughts - firstly, you can already include the current credit balance amount in any of the invoice emails, e.g Invoice Paid Confirmation... so that email's content could be tweaked to emphasise if a balance is low. secondly, if you needed it as a separate email, then that is basically a hook (InvoicePaid would be the logical choice as a balance would probably only reach the "low" level after being used to pay an invoice, but I suppose you could use a cron hook too), that sends a custom/templated email to the client when the credit gets below x - but if the above addon can do that, there seems little point in reinventing the wheel ! 🙂 Edited October 4, 2019 by brian! 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
