Valerio Figueira
Hello, good evening I just recently installed WHMCS, I cant use WHMCS connect, every time I select server to log on to it says connection refused. I have the latest cPanel Latest WHMCS Server properly configured (able to log on to WHM if I go to servers section.) Tried with Firewall off I used to be able to use it in the past, not now. Any help much appreciated.
uptimewebhosting
We had the same issue but only on new servers. Turns out WHM doesn't like being loaded in an iFrame (which is what WHMCS Connect does). To fix: Log in to WHM Go to Home->Server Configuration->Tweak Settings Type in x-frame into the find box Set "Use X-Frame-Options and X-Content-Type-Options headers with cpsrvd" to Off Click on Save WHMCS Connect should start working now.

Chromium-based browsers browsers (for example, Chrome™) are not supported. In Safari you may also need to enable Cross-Site Tracking: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/safari/sfri40732/mac Documentation: https://docs.whmcs.com/WHMCS_Connect
