cc email in the ticket system

Hi, 

I added this reply to the beta version  discussion (before the release)  - Since I got no reply I'm trying again:

Some of the existing problem will remain... even after version 7.8 we would not be able to know if a ticket was opened to us (we are the TO of the email) or just for our information (we are in the CC).
Another problem is if we reply to such a ticket - the original TO recipient will not  get our reply. 

Maybe adding a new  TO filed is a solution - So not only CC addresses will be added to the ticket but also the TO address.

What do you think?
