jlucho
hi guys For some reason unknown to me, I have many customers in a INACTIVE state (598 clients) I am manually activating each client, but it is too much work Is there any procedure to change to ACTIVE customers in bulk?
WHMCS ChrisD
Hello @jlucho There is not a way to do this, the status inactive is for anyone that does not have a service that is in the active status please remember that Inactive Clients do not count toward your WHMCS Licensing Tier, however, Active Clients do An inactive client is defined as any client whose client status is not set to "Active". By default WHMCS automatically manages the client status attribute based on the products, services, addons and domains within the clients account. If a client user has one or more active services they will be set to Active. Those without any active services will be set to Inactive. For more information on client statuses, please refer to Client Statuses
