rwoeke
Hi All I get it that when someone mails from an email address that not listed as a client, you have to physically assign the ticket to a client. This works great except for the fact that it strips all the CC addresses. After the linking, the email address and name of the original sender disappears. eg: Whmcs Client Email is: clienta@company.com Support ticket came in from unregisteredemail@company.com, but they also CC'd 3 other colleagues . The moment I allocate the ticket to clienta@company.com, it strips the e-mail address unregisteredemail@company.com, and all the other colleagues that were cc'd. Am I missing something or is this the intended behavior? Hope Im making sense 🙂

As far as I know, WHMCS' ticket system doesn't work like that. If you write an email and CC someone, and you send that email to a WHMCS ticket department, noone will be CC'd.
