Can i suspend or close account of any user by using php file ?

client accounts can only be active, inactive or closed... and inactive clients can still login, so effectively to suspend them, you'd have to close the account, and then change it back to active at the end of the suspension period.

Just to confirm, are you trying to close/suspend the whole client account or just their hosting account/services?
