hi guys, i want to create a promotion for next month and target clients who purchased a service which have not purchased another service.

ie: in the email marketer area you can click a Product/Service/Addon who Does Not Have Product/Service.

I want to be able to do this in mass emailing but cannot do it. Any suggestions?

I want to target clients with a service who didnt buy another service. (hope this makes sense)

Do i need to buy a module or is it possible?

@Erhan thank you for your post, that's presently not something that could be done with the mass mailer, you might however be able to do it making use of the MailChimp Addon https://docs.whmcs.com/Mailchimp or making use of a CSV export and import into a third party mailing program.

You could try exporting the client data out to a CSV and then use any email program of your choice, i'd also recommend checking if there are any tools on the https://marketplace.whmcs.com

you could probably do it, but you'd have to do it in two steps...

1. identify the users who have purchased product X, but don't have product Y and assign them to a Client Group - various ways to do that (though none built into the admin area I can think of off-hand) e.g SQL query (either direct or via a report).
2. use that client group as a setting option in your Mass Mail Tool.
