Does this occur in all browsers (chrome, firefox) if you tick the Remember me checkbox does the issue still occur? If so, please add the Cloudflare IP ranges seen here https://www.cloudflare.com/ips/ to your Trusted Proxies inside WHMCS at Setup -> General Settings -> Security.
