The reports are not including the MarketConnect fees for each service that we purchase. It only includes the payment gateway fees but not the fees we are charged when purchasing the Services. It only includes the payment gateway fees but not the fees we are charged when purchasing the Services. then I assume WHMCS aren't recording the fees in the database - because those income reports are normally just queries to the tblaccounts table... so if these fee details aren't being stored, then that's why the reports can't show them. this might be one where it's easier to go straight to Support and get them to confirm this either way... and if so, see if there are plans for this to change. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
