Posted April 8, 2019 Share Posted April 8, 2019 On 06/04/2019 at 13:32, opsuns said: its compatible with whmcs 7.6, but when i upgrade my whmcs to 7.7.1 i cant use the theme anymore, could any one tell me what to do to make the theme compatible with whmcs 7.7.1 as a general rule, don't upgrade WHMCS until you know that all your themes/addons/hooks etc will support that release - otherwise, you'll end up in a situation like the one you're in now. the WHMCSThemes website does say that it's compatible with v7.7.1, but most of the template files in the downloadable zip are from 2015 and even the latest files are from a year ago (I think it's the same file whether you download it from their site or Marketplace). also, their own online demo doesn't work correctly - especially on the domains page. I can see three options here... contact WHMCSThemes to check if the download zip file publicly available is the latest version - AFAIK, they won't provide any support for their free templates, but they should at least be able to confirm if it is the latest zip version. change to another theme - from them, another theme developer or use the default "Six" - you may need to buy a theme! get a developer to update the theme to make it compatible - again, this will cost you money, so for practical purposes, I would discount this as a useful road to go down... even if it could be fixed for v7.7.1, v7.8 could break it and v8 certainly would (or should). as the files are from 2015, this might not be a simple update - certainly, your clients would have access to new features that are available in Six and commercial themes, which they possibly won't even see when using this free theme. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
