Mark
Hi, I'm hoping someone on this community might be able to help me out. Our problem: We do not charge customers any money when they transfer certain TLD's to us. We do this for TLD's that are free for us to transfer in. This worked fine up until recently, the domainsync would set (or leave) the next due date to the expiry date set at the domain registrar. For example: somedomain.nu would be transferred to us for free and we would start charging our customer after a certain amount of time to match the real expiry date (@ registrar). Unfortunately this is no longer working. After a incoming transfer the expiry date is set to +12 months from transfer date. I do not think it is fair to charge customers for incoming transfers as long as the domain is still paid for. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this? Apologies for the english. English is not my native language.
Vox
Hi @Mark, 23 hours ago, Mark said: Unfortunately this is no longer working. Have you upgraded or changed any settings to trigger this behaviour? Because what you described in your opening paragraph is the default behaviour. 23 hours ago, Mark said: After a incoming transfer the expiry date is set to +12 months from transfer date. That is the default WHMCS process but then the domain sync cron will sync this with the Registrar as you stated initially. Is the domain sync cron still running? http://help.whmcs.com/m/automation If you are running v7.6.1 have you applied the Hotfix:

Mark
Unfortunately not. I believe the issue might be with the domainsync from our registrar.
