Vinicius Abreu
Hi, I have a client that was suspended for failure to pay incorrectly, in the WHMCS log I see that it was the systems but it does not have any outstanding invoice as I can go deeper in that case? Thanks!

Service ID: 1172 will tell you which service it applies to... to find the related product, you could type the number into the top-right search box.. or go to clients -> products/services and that #1172 refers to the ID value in that table - so scrolling down the pages to find 1172 will tell you the service it's referring to... then it's a case of searching the invoices page (or even better the Invoices tab in this customers client profile), using the filter, to find the invoice(s) for that service.
Vinicius Abreu
Yes my friend, the reason for the suspension was non-payment but he paid in advance

WHMCS Technical Analyst II WHMCS Lawrence Posted November 7, 2018 WHMCS Technical Analyst II Share Posted November 7, 2018 A suspension/termination is based on the next due date on the service, so this would generally suggest it is set to a date in the past for some reason and correcting that should resolve this going forward.
