Wolphe
Hi, all!. Hope I could get some help here. I have a friend who signed up on my hosting account. She has a website from another provider, so when she signed up, I did an email migration first. Once that was done, I then logged onto her a count and started a domain transfer. After that, I got a notification in my whmcs. "Bad username or password". How can I fix this?
Jade D
What does the module log show? I suspect that your registrar module has the incorrect credentials stored.
Wolphe
Using enom for my registrar. I looked at it and said it was active and saw no issues. I was just told to deactivate then reactivate and see if that works.
WHMCS Technical Analyst II WHMCS Lawrence Posted October 18, 2018 WHMCS Technical Analyst II Share Posted October 18, 2018 This is an error from eNom and indicates that the details saved for the eNom registrar under Setup > Products/Services > Domain Registrars are incorrect. Fixing them should resolve this.
Wolphe
Ok, I think I know what the problem is. In my hosting site, I have 6 domain names registered. When I log on enom.com, it shows 0. So my guess is that my enom.com account is not tied in my hosting site. I apparently have an enom account active, but not the same account as in the enom.com site. I'm currently on hold for customer support to set it straight.
