theozsnowman Posted October 4, 2018 Share Posted October 4, 2018 Im seeing errors in the log when someone signs up in relation to the MailChimp addon Quote mailchimp Bad Request - A product with the provided ID does not exist in the account for this list. We've seen the initial synchronisation upon new connection fail when a product does not have a price configured in the system default currency. If that's already the case, to identify the products not getting synced upon conneciton to Mailchimp: Disconnect from Mailchimp Enable Utilities > Logs > Module Debug Log On the Mailchimp page, connect to a new list Disable the Module Debug Log Make a note of the product shown at the top of the module debug log The product/addon/TLD with the next sequential ID will be the one having a problem. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
