Jessie Abernathy
I was just sort of browsing through my WHMCS (I just got my license about a month ago and I'm still learning) and I came across my "System Health Status" and it was giving me these errors about my version of PHP and such (see attached file for screenshot) Can someone tell me what these errors mean and how I can go about resolving these issues? I'm scared there will be some sort of automatic update and my whole system will not be useable :x Thanks, Jessie A.
WHMCS ChrisD
Hey @Jessie Abernathy, Welcome to the community! In regards to the errors following the steps outlined at https://docs.whmcs.com/Further_Security_Steps will take care of the Insecure Permissions Issue. Regarding the cron error, have you set this up by following the steps at https://docs.whmcs.com/Crons#System_Cron this should remove this error Your PHP version is still supported by WHMCS however, you may look to update your PHP Version WHMCS 7.5 supports PHP 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, and 7.2 so going to 7.1 or 7.2 should help, you should have your service provider ensure you have The latest 10.1.x version ionCube Loaders installed on the server. Automatic Updater Requirements, you'd just need to set this up https://docs.whmcs.com/Automatic_Updater Using the default template, this is just letting you know that any updates to your templates would be overridden if you choose to upgrade WHMCS but it's ok to ignore this.
