Domain transfer away

Three days ago, one of my clients started the process of transfering their domain to another provider to resolve an email issue but wanted to keep their website with me. I can see that the domain is no longer with my registrar (ResellerClub) and by checking whois I can also see that the domain is now with the new provider and the nameservers are mine. The problem is when viewing the client's profile> domain tab within WHMCS admin there is a 'Registrar Error Website does not exist for ' error.

The status is still active, do I need to change this manually?

Pretty sure that refers to the registrar associated with it in your billing system. You would need to manually change that to none, and since it's no longer registered with you, change the status also. 

Thanks for that bear. After reading the documentation, I understood that this process was meant to be automatic. But, obviously on this occasion something went wrong.
