Free Domain with Packages Query

Hi guys

We provide customers with a free domain whenever they purchase hosting with us and pay annually. I think alot of hosts do this.

Now we noticing something that could cause an issue.

 

Scenario below:

Client orders package and pays annually and hence gets free domain.

Due date on Package and domain is hence the same.

However Invoices for domains are created 14 days before due date  and package invoices are done  7 days before.

Now I think the above is the issue. Am I correct in assuming this that I should set annual invoices to be generated at 14 days aswell?

Invoices for both are generated XX days before the next due date according to your Invoice Generation setting in Billing Settings under Automation Settings.

if they have the same due date, and you want the invoices to be created at the same time, then yes.
