Tracking reseller expenses in WHMCS

Recommended Posts

Hi, please forgive n00b question, but is there a simple way to track reseller product expenses versus their revenue?  I have the billing of clients working great, but would really love to be able to allocate servers, or other services like google suite that i'm reselling against those revenues to see what profitability is.

It looks like there might be some options in the marketplace, but they don't seem to describe things this way, so I'm not sure.

Thanks in advance.

there is the option of adding a monthly cost to each server...

Monthly Cost - optional field - used in reports to calculate profit if entered

and then using the Server Revenue Forecasts report to show profitability for those servers.. personally, i'd only use it as a rough guide, because there are expenses that you can't add to WHMCS (e.g how much a domain reg/tran/renewal actually costs - unless you're selling for cost price).
