Link billing area to cPanel

I'd like my customers to be able to link directly to their cPanel dashboard from the Billing area so that they don't have to login to cPanel.

I can't see how to get this done.

Any help appreciated.

you mean using cPanel Single Sign-On ?

Out of the box this should be possible for them to do this out of the Client Area, by opening their product profile up you'll have a login with cPanel Button

That's what I thought. But when I try it on my test account all I get is a message saying : Action Failed Unable to auto-login. Please contact support.

In the case of a WHM reseller account, what this means is that if you do not own your own account you will not be able to perform Single Sign-On into it.

Attempting to login will result in the error "Action Failed Unable to auto-login. Please contact support".

that said, i've seen it work quite happily with some WHM reseller accounts...
