dexus
Client ordered .com and .org domain, and WHMCS successfully registered .com domain and reported "Invalid Registrant information" for .org domain. That is the same client with same unchanged contact information and registrar for both domains is Enom. I then tried to change some information in the client profile, reformat phone number in many different ways, change state, and every time I tried to force registration again, and every time it again reported error "Invalid Registrant information", and just can't register a domain so I had to register it manualy. What can be a reason for this?

HostXNow
I'm getting the same problem today. Would be good to know what is causing the problem and what is the fix for it or at least a way of correcting the problem?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 23, 2010 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 23, 2010 "Invalid Registrant information" will be the exact error returned by your registrar, so contact them with the client's details and hopefully they can advise what part is incorrect.
