Mitno Posted April 16, 2018 Share Posted April 16, 2018 I have tried multiple times to upgrade from v6.3.1 to v7+ and keep running into everything being a solid white screen or seeing the Err 2 message. I've tried various solutions found on these forums and other sites, but none have resolved the issues. Is there a certain order for version numbers i need to upgrade to and/or apply patches? You cannot use the incremental/patch version. This error suggests that all the new files did not upload successfully, or the database update did not complete.
