tomwhe Posted April 14, 2018 Share Posted April 14, 2018 Hi All, I am having some issues with renewing SpamExperts services through WHMCS. I keep getting the error when trying to click the "configure domain" button. "Domain already exists in SpamExperts system. Please cancel any previous orders first and try again." This is stopping me renewing the servers for this customer. The problem is, there is no other orders that I can see which are open. The customer in question did cancel this order previously for the same service and recently came back. Unfortunately, there is no other service running, when clicking renew I get the message " You cannot renew an order that has not yet been configured. " However, I can not configure the serivce either as I get the error message from my first post. I have tried terminating the service and reordering, however when I come to configure once again, I get the same message of "Domain already exists in SpamExperts system. Please cancel any previous orders first and try again." So basically, its in an endless loop of not being able to configure this customers spam experts service.
