Bertie Posted April 13, 2018 Share Posted April 13, 2018 Hi, Before 7.5, did it always use to add a username and password automatically to a product/service you add to a client? It seems to just fill in the username and password box when adding it. Although the products in question aren't connected to a server (such as cpanel or anything like that) If it didn't do it before 7.5, is there a way to turn it off or is on by all now? There isn't currently an option to customise this behaviour. However we welcome feature requests online at http://requests.whmcs.com Feel free to suggest this as a new idea for comment and voting upon by other WHMCS users. The more votes an idea receives, the more likely it is to be considered by our development team for potential inclusion in a future feature release.
