twhiting9275 Posted March 1, 2018 Share Posted March 1, 2018 You'll need to work with your reseller on that. Keep in mind, that licenses from your reseller can only be used on their network. This means, that if they haven't added the specific IP you're trying to use, they'll have to do so Other than that, you can have them try to reissue the license, maybe that'll help .
