hkhost
Hello We are getting a bug under the Default Payment Method field: Example: Default Payment Method: '' to 'Credit Card' (First payment method always empty). "WHMCS User Details Change" seems to be missing from inside the Email Templates... any ideas? Thanks.
WHMCS ChrisD
Hey @hkhost Are the client changing from a gateway or are they choosing a credit card for the first time? What do you see if you check the Client Logs? The user details change is hardcoded and not in the email templates
hkhost
Hello Yes, they are changing from Gateway A to B. The empty field (A) happens since always (any version of WHMCS). Can someone check if its a coding bug within WHMCS?
hkhost
Hey @WHMCS ChrisD Can you double check from your side? We are using WHMCS for more than 8 years and we have this problem since the beginning....
hkhost
It seems @WHMCS ChrisD has no solution from his side... Anybody else having this problem?
twhiting9275
Most of the admin templates are indeed not going to be in the template list because these are hard coded. Your best approach is going to be to open up a ticket . In a situation like this, only WHMCS staff will be able to assist, and your best chance at getting help is going to be opening up that ticket.
