AB0 Posted February 14, 2018 Share Posted February 14, 2018 Hi, I'm quite new to the reseller hosting industry, and I already have a WHMCS license and a web server, with WHMCS set up. When I go to the admin panel, and go to servers, I set up my cPanel / WHM login details on there, and quickly press the Test Connection, to make sure it works, and it does. Surprisingly, when I configure a product, I select the group that I want to use, as well as cPanel, but it doesn't show any WHM packages, when I clearly have packages. I'm using HostGator Reseller Hosting at the moment, as well as using the latest version of WHMCS. If you guys could help me sort this issue out, I would be super glad, and grateful.
