  2. Hi WHMCS.Community, I had been using WHMCS for a long time, 1 year as of now. Everything has been running smoothly and I regularly update my WHMCS installation. This morning, I had been notified by one of my friends that the Client Area was down, and upon looking at it, I was presented with the Oops! page. I had read some advice posted on the forums but was no help since even trying to log into the admin panel presented me with the Oops page. I had tried everything, even updating and downgrading PHP versions. I really need some support on this, since new people can't place orders and I would be losing profit. I'm running WHMCS on a Reseller Hosting plan in a cPanel environment. If anyone can offer me assistance, that'd be great. Regards, Adel
  3. Hey I put my website into maintenance mode a couple of hours ago to finalise customising my theme, and as soon as I went to the admin panel, I confirmed my password. I then proceeded onto unticking the maintenance option and clicking Save Changes. Doing so just asked me to confirm my password again. It's been like this ever since I put it on maintenance mode. I tried doing it from phpMyAdmin but I couldn't edit the values. If you guys could help me, that'd be brilliant. Regards, Adel
  4. Hi, I'm quite new to the reseller hosting industry, and I already have a WHMCS license and a web server, with WHMCS set up. When I go to the admin panel, and go to servers, I set up my cPanel / WHM login details on there, and quickly press the Test Connection, to make sure it works, and it does. Surprisingly, when I configure a product, I select the group that I want to use, as well as cPanel, but it doesn't show any WHM packages, when I clearly have packages. I'm using HostGator Reseller Hosting at the moment, as well as using the latest version of WHMCS. If you guys could help me sort this issue out, I would be super glad, and grateful.
